Kahuna Takes the Stage at the İTÜ ARI Teknokent Showcase at Slush

Kahuna was selected as one of 15 startups by İTÜ ARI Teknokent to present at its Slush showcase. On 13 October, the first day of the event, our CTO, Barın Özmen, took the stage with the presentation “We're building AI-powered capital infrastructure for music royalties.”

Barın shared Kahuna’s vision for helping independent artists access capital through their existing music catalogues while retaining 100% ownership of their songs and masters.

For artists, an existing catalogue can help fund what comes next, from new releases and marketing campaigns to visuals and broader creative ambitions. We’re building the infrastructure to make that opportunity more accessible, with artists’ ownership at the centre.
