Not strictly. We look at a range of signals - streaming, socials, momentum. If you’re gaining traction, we’ll see it.
Can I still use Kahuna if I already distribute through another platform?
Yes. We offer seamless catalog migration and can help you make the switch with no downtime.

Where will my music be distributed?
Kahuna delivers to all major platforms worldwide, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, TikTok, Instagram, Fizy, Muud, and many more.
Is there a fee to distribute music through Kahuna?
No. We work on a commission basis. You only pay when you earn.
Can I release music worldwide?
Yes. All releases are distributed globally by default.
How long does it take for music to go live?
We recommend uploading at least 3 weeks in advance for full support, but your release can go live in as little as 3 days.
How do I upload my music?
Once onboarded, log in to your artist dashboard. Click the Releases tab and use the "+" button to upload your music and release info.
What audio formats do you accept?
We accept 16-bit and 24-bit WAV files. Dolby Atmos is supported for compatible DSPs like Apple Music.
Can I upload cover songs?
Yes. We help secure necessary licenses and handle any compliance required.
Can I collaborate with other artists?
Absolutely. You can include collaborators and define revenue splits when setting up your release.
