Universal Music Group (UMG) has completed its acquisition of the remaining 51% of [PIAS] Group, following its initial 49% stake acquired in 2022. This acquisition includes [PIAS]’s label services division, [Integral], which will merge with UMG’s Virgin Music Group, and the [PIAS] Label Group, which will operate autonomously.
