As Senem and Özgün, we started our musical journey at a young age; after taking instrumental lessons in primary and middle school, we graduated from a fine arts high school and the Music Education Department at Dokuz Eylül University. We have performed together in many orchestras and choirs; however, our romantic relationship began after university in a salsa course. We continue our careers both as music teachers and musicians with an open mindset toward growth and learning; for us, this process is not about money or fame, but purely about our passion for music and each other.

Our musical inspirations are nourished by our life experiences; Senem is influenced by Sezen Aksu, while John Denver and Michael Jackson stand out for Özgün. We create by blending creativity and imagination with our experiences. Although we generally define our style as popular music, we also incorporate genres like Latin, jazz, and country; we value polyphony and strive to produce original work.

Our new projects include a Turkish pop and a foreign jazz Christmas song in December 2024, a three-song country project in January 2025, and a collaboration for Valentine’s Day in February. Additionally, our energy for production has increased since working with our new publisher, Kahuna. Looking ahead, we aim to reach more people and expand internationally, especially in the foreign pop and country genres.

Our little daughter, Masal, is also growing up with music; maybe in a few years, she will join our group too. Our hope is that our creations and audience will grow bigger day by day.
